You have up to 12 minutes to learn about why bread becomes hard over time, by chatting with an AI tutor.

Afterwards, on your own: you will be asked to explain the mechanism in your own words without the AI, and then to answer 12 multiple-choice questions that apply it to new situations.

So aim to understand it well enough to explain it yourself — not just to get an answer.
